ARServices is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and experienced Proposal Manager to join our team. This important position will have a significant impact on the continued growth of ARServices. The Proposal Manager will support the development of “all” aspects of proposals and other sales documentation (such as RFIs, SSNs, RFQs, etc.), working closely with management and functional experts. The Proposal Manager must understand the proposal development processes, proposal management functions, project management approaches and techniques and will be responsible for coordinating the development of all proposal products. The Proposal Manager will have the responsibility of coordinating all phases of the company’s proposal process in response to U.S. government and commercial requests for proposals (RFPs) and other sales documentation. The Proposal Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate proposal and sales document records and repositories of proposal materials/components. The ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple proposal efforts, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through will be the key to success in this role.
